Parsley Chive Herb Spread Recipe | Creamy Garden Herb Dip with Sage & Garlic

December 24, 20251 min read

I love herbal spreads of all kinds, but this recipe is probably my favorite. Parsley is easily the featured herb in this spread, but the addition of chives and sage enhance the flavor. I like to use fresh herbs from the garden, but dried ones can also be used.

Parsley Chive Herb Spread

What you need:

ingredients

8 oz Whipped cream cheese

¼ cup Cottage cheese together.

¼ cup Butter, softened

2 tbsp Parsley

2 tbsp Chives

1 tsp fresh chopped sage

1 Garlic clove finely minced

1-2 tsp Lemon

What to do:

Parsley Chive Herb Spread

1.Mix all the ingredients

2.Chill overnight

3.Serve on crackers, fresh cut veggies, or slices of sourdough baguette.

When making it for family and friends, I usually triple the recipe. No matter how much bread and spread are on hand, we keep on snacking until it’s all gone.
