
Parsley Apple Celery Smoothie | Energizing Green Superfood Drink
Think healthy when you take a sip of this delicious beverage. The superfoods in this beverage are rich in vitamins and minerals. I love picking fresh parsley from my garden for this recipe.

Parsley – contains vitamins A, B, C, calcium, and iron. Good for those with allergies and asthma.
Celery- rich in calcium and vitamin A. Improves digestion and is helpful for skin conditions.
Apple- rich in vitamin C and fiber. Provides flavor and sweetness for the smoothie.
What you need:

2 stalks celery
¼ to ½ cup apple
1/3 to ¼ cup parsley chunks. Chop the parsley.
What to do:
1. Wash the celery, apple, and parsley.
2. Cut the celery and apple into small 1/3 to ¼ cup parsley chunks. Chop the parsley.
3. Put the celery, apple, and parsley into a blender. Add ½ cup water and blend on high.

Drink this smoothie for breakfast or as an afternoon snack. You will feel energized and ready to tackle whatever comes your way. Sometimes I add a small handful of blueberries which is so good. In summertime I add 3-4 ice cubes.
